Steelcase SILQ & LessThanFive seating

Steelcase engaged Power Creative to capture content at the FRONT design exhibition, Sydney, August 9, 2018.
Our focus was on the Steelcase stand, where they were exhibiting their new seating products “SILQ” & “LessThanFive”.

We put together a crew comprised of interviewer/narrator, camera operators and audio to capture feedback from guests during the event, along with a multi-cam full length recording of a Steelcase global presentation on stage.

Outputs were; 1 x 60 second recap (same day edit delivery), 1 x 3min recap, 1 x 30min presentation multi-cam.

Hall of Fame ACRAs, Ray Hadley

A proud moment in radio history for The Ray Hadley Morning Show and we couldn’t be prouder to have assisted Macquarie Media Group with producing the video to honour Ray, which was played over the weekend at the The Australian Commercial Radio Awards (ACRAs). #Winner #HallOfFame #Congratulations

In this video we met radio royalty to hear about their thoughts and wishes to Ray for his contribution to the Radio industry.

Hardwired Humans – Andrew O’Keeffe

Andrew O’Keeffe engaged Power Creative twice in 2017 to record specific topics for his client to present globally to their company on a variety of topics.

Andrew is a keynote speaker with a difference. He speaks about harmonious workplaces, leadership and change management based on human nature. He incorporates stories shared with him in extensive interviews with ancestral people including the Bushmen of the Kalahari, the Himba of north-west Namibia and the Maasai and Samburu of Kenya.

Andrew O’Keeffe is the director of Hardwired Humans and author of Hardwired Humans and The Boss.
His early career background included senior roles with IBM and Optus. Andrew has a close relationship with legendary chimpanzee researcher Dr Jane Goodall and over the last decade when Dr Goodall has visited Australia, she and Andrew have spoken together to business audiences.


ParexDavco Easy Grout

ParexDavco briefed Power Creative to capture an ‘on-set’ demonstration recording of their Easy Grout product, their new ‘no fuss’ grouting offering to the tiling market.

We shot and produced the pieces to be edited into four versions; 30 second and a 15 second version for both Facebook (1920 x 1080 pixel widescreen, native for Facebook user interface) and Instagram (1080 x 1080 pixel square for the Instagram user interface).

365 Care are a national leader in professional in home assistance services that enables their clients to live independently in their own home.

When they approach Power Creative to discuss a video that tells their story, we discussed the range of services that they offer and how best to visualise the care that they provide.

During two seperate setups of interviews we meet John, the Director of 365 Care as well as one of his staff. Then we meet two of 365 Care’s clients to hear about their experience.

Military Memorial at Eastern Suburbs Memorial Park

At 2:00pm on Friday 29th July, 2016 Eastern Suburbs Memorial Park’s newest and most unique Military Memorial was officially opened during the centenary anniversary of one of the significant military engagements for the Battle of Pozieres (Battle of Pozieres saw Australian involvement from 23 July 1916 – 5 September 1916). On the 29th July 1916 the 2nd division of Australian soldiers were ordered to take Pozieres heights. The attack commenced at 12:15am but the Germans were ready and the attack failed at a cost of 3,500 Australian causalities. In less than seven weeks in the fighting at Pozieres three Australian divisions suffered 23,000 causalities. Of these, 6,741 died.

The Eastern Suburbs Memorial Park’s Military Memorial is unique by featuring a bronze widow with folded Australian flag (similar to something presented to the “Next of Kin” after a military funeral), with a 13 month girl child in the others arms holding a branch of rosemary. Rosemary is for remembrance. Poetic license has been required to create this flag on the widows arm, which is in triangle shape, whereas we tried to create an exact image as per flag rules but found
it was not practical for how it would sit on the widows arm, and hence required an additional fold. The widows statue looks towards the WW1 bronze soldier. An infant bronze girl is adjacent, with the bronze note being held towards the solider with the words, “miss you dad”, which remembers the children of Australia’s Defence Force who support our men and women.

The Altitude Awards are an annual awards program where we honour women in Western Sydney. Women in small business, social enterprisers, leaders and women from the corporate sector are achieving great things and we want to celebrate and champion these amazing people in our region

Power Creative were engaged to capture key elements of the awards proceedings and cut together a 90 second video for further engagement and promotion of the awards for future years to come.

  • “Member Video Stream”; to hear the opinion of a selection of members of the group.
  • “Launch Video Stream”; recap content of the presentation, based on a 90 minute record of the launch event, broken into segments.
  • “About Video Stream”; allowing the WSW founders to outline their purpose and goals.

WSW raise awareness and promote conversation; they supply the tools, membership, support and information on a range of issues that impact women in order to facilitate positive change and economic independence. With regular surveys, inspirational events and campaigns, they are determined to ensure all women have the opportunity for personal success and empowerment.
