Overview: This video was created by contract with HeavenAddress.com, a respectful online memorial website.
Brief: Derek and his team work closely with funeral directors and other suppliers (aka “HA Partners”) in the funeral industry to provide the website, HeavenAddress for families to have an ‘online memorial’ for their loved ones that have passed. We were asked to consider a way to explain to funeral directors some ‘coaching’ and language to explain this memorial to their respective clients.
Delivery: The video now sits on the HA Partners login on the HeavenAddress.com website under training/resources, so that there is consistency in the way that HeavenAddress is explained to families with a basic outline of the way the site works.
